Product Specification: Slice width 535mm, 520mm, 480mm, 460mm, 320mm (subject to change upon request).
The thickness of the slice is 42mm (pitch 45mm), to satisfy the requirements of two slices with one weld.
Center distance: 500mm-4000mm. Center distance error: ± 0.5mm.

 

Single slice withstand pressure: positive pressure ≥ 0.15Mpa negative pressure≥ 133Kpa, no distortion. Thickness of single slice oil groove: plate thickness 1.0 ≥ 11mm, plate thickness 1.2 ≥ 11.5mm

 

Number of spot welding bead: Slice width 535mm, 520mm 6 bead. Slice width 480mm, 460mm 5 bead, slice width 310mm 3 bead.

 

Workpiece material: high quality cold-rolled coil sheet.

 

Material quality: ST12,SPCC,DCO1 Thickness 1.0mm-1.2mm
